  • Design and Implement People Strategies: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for key roles and leadership positions.
  • Create Performance Management Systems: Design career progression frameworks and retention strategies to ensure our team members thrive and excel.
  • Drive Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement scalable business processes across all functions to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop Organizational Structures: Create role definitions, responsibility matrices (RACI), and decision-making frameworks to support current needs and future growth.
What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, organizational development, or similar strategic roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing people strategies and organizational processes.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or dynamic business environments.
