Job Description\

As a Channel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to drive exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing relationships with retail stores, driving growth through strategic account planning, and ensuring seamless operations across channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Account Identification and Acquisition: Identify potential retail stores for acquisition, induction, and onboarding of new accounts.\
  • Account Management: Build and execute on strategic account plans to deliver key business opportunities for the stores and Amazon.\
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to targeted stores to ensure operational excellence and provide coaching to store partners.\
  • Training and Development: Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, operating model, and SOPs to store partners.\
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain and publish routine reporting on store performance, providing recommendations and action plans based on data analysis.\
  • Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layer team, driving performance through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.\
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve operational aspects of the business and enhance efficiency.\
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance engagement with customers to improve business retention and increase sales volume.\
  • Problem-Solving: Handle day-to-day operational escalations and resolve issues promptly.
