Job Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role in which you will lead and execute projects, introduce new products, manage lifecycles, and oversee engineering operations to drive operational excellence and future growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, engineering, compliance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and product lifecycle management.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required, along with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, engineering, or related sectors in regulated industries.

Preferred skills include experience in regulated industries, knowledge of medical devices and biopharmaceuticals, as well as demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, JJPS, and other continuous improvement tools.
