Job Description:

A highly experienced and strategic-minded professional is sought after to join the Human Resources team. This role is integral to the company's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives and values.

  • Talent Strategy Development:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with overall organizational strategy.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Employee Development and Training:
  • Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
