Strategic HR Leader Sought

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR leader to support our operations. The ideal candidate will align business objectives with employees and management, provide strategic guidance on people-related initiatives, and drive organizational performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive engagement, talent development, and performance management processes to enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance, providing expert advice and support.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and unbiased manner.
  • Support change management initiatives and culture-building efforts to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for HR efficiency and employee experience, driving innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) with a strong focus on leadership and strategy.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India, with a deep understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex situations.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations, talent development, and organizational change, with a track record of success and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
