Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to manage our organization's IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts, as well as experience with cloud platforms, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
