Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist. You will play a vital role in providing first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 services and desktop environments.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience. You will work closely with our team to provide basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support desktop environments: Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripheral support.

You will also assist with user account management in Azure AD / Office 365 (password resets, license assignment, MFA setup).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Ensure a smooth end-user experience.
  • Support desktop environments.
  • Assist with user account management.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals.
  • Office365 admin portal, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
