
Technical Support Specialist

- Providing troubleshooting and repair services for operating system and application-related issues (Windows, MS Office, email, etc.).
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading end-user hardware and software as per IT policies.
- Managing user accounts, access rights, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Solving connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP telephony.
- Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.
- Logging incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool and following through to resolution.
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding activities (device setup, profile configurations).
- Participating in IT asset inventory, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Maintaining documentation, FAQs, and user guides for common issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
