Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users across the organization. The role involves providing on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Providing troubleshooting and repair services for operating system and application-related issues (Windows, MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading end-user hardware and software as per IT policies.
  • Managing user accounts, access rights, and group policies in Active Directory.
  • Solving connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP telephony.
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.
  • Logging incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool and following through to resolution.
  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding activities (device setup, profile configurations).
  • Participating in IT asset inventory, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintaining documentation, FAQs, and user guides for common issues.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
