Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator to oversee and support our platform, ensuring seamless integration of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, security, and governance standards.

This role involves managing day-to-day administration, user management, configuring the ServiceNow platform, and collaborating with IT teams to provide top-notch user support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day administration, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Upgrade and Performance Management: Ensure smooth upgrades and monitor performance to maintain optimal system functionality.
  3. Security and Governance: Maintain security standards and enforce governance rules to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  4. User Support: Collaborate with IT teams to provide exceptional user support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience is essential.
  • Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations is necessary for success in this role.
