ServiceNow SPM Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

This role requires strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related Integrations. The ideal candidate will contribute to technical tasks, ServiceNow support, and collaboration with process managers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and delivering high-quality products to users.
  • Monitoring day-to-day technical tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Skills required:

  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
