Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow platform in a multi-tier production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments.
  • Providing basic understanding of industrial control systems and OT network functions, as well as the Purdue Model architecture.
  • Designing and implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Developing skills in Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Maintaining a moderate understanding of database-level architecture and writing SQL queries.
  • Scripting automated processes using Business Rule, Script Action, etc.
  • Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB Data alignment and automated data population.
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details, as well as preparing training materials for projects.
  • Ensuring technically feasible solutions by working closely with architects.
  • Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT industry.
