Role Overview
We're seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in South Business Operations. This role offers immense career growth opportunities, fast-track promotions, and the chance to be part of a launch team that's expanding rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Counseling: Provide guidance to prospective students about Airblack's makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants.
- Event Participation: Engage actively in video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments.
