About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in understanding customer needs and providing top-notch customer service via calls and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements and respond to queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Support customers through phone calls and ensure seamless sales experience.
  • Closing orders and achieving monthly sales targets are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Manage assigned leads in our CRM system and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
What We're Looking For

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. A high level of energy, motivation, and convincing skills are also essential. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6 months of prior full-time experience in Calling/Chat Sales. Experience in B2C Sales and EdTech sales is a plus.
