Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Commercial Leasing Specialist to join our team at Novel Office US. As an Executive Commercial Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strong relationships with Real Estate Brokers and Tenant Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Development: Establish and maintain a network of influential Real Estate Brokers to increase the inflow of high-value acquisition, leasing, and sale opportunities.
  • Broker Engagement: Collaborate with brokers to source and secure lucrative real estate investment opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize cold calls, emails, and social media to generate revenue through new and existing enquiries.
  • CXO and Admin Outreach: Proactively approach CXOs and Admins of potential organizations to lease office space.
  • Lead Research: Conduct research on potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Client Servicing: Maintain regular contact with Tenant Representatives and potential clients to identify new opportunities, understand their future leasing requirements, and monitor new concepts for lease-up potential.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a short- to medium- to long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Projects and Facility Teams to deliver new and revised space design plans and projects requirements.
  • Account Management: Perform client servicing and account management activities.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and customer needs to develop strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and communication.
Travel Opportunities:

You will have the opportunity to travel to the US as part of your role.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with 0 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years in Sales/Business Development.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • VISA Status: B1 or B2 visa holders are preferred due to travel requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:

As an Executive Commercial Leasing Specialist at Novel Office US, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
