Overview

RiseUpp is a dynamic EdTech company seeking a highly motivated Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, business development, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and lead generation to drive commercial growth.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new prospects and help develop effective strategies for business expansion.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches for new clients, ensuring seamless communication of value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
  • Participate in meetings with senior business development teams, contributing valuable insights and expertise to drive commercial success.
  • Track business development metrics and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support outreach initiatives via calls, emails, and social media platforms, expanding the company's reach and presence in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies for business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interest in commercial growth and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals, with ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Open to working onsite and learning from industry professionals, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
