About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Formulation and Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team at Biocon. Responsibilities
  • Ensure business continuity by maintaining accurate project tracking and updating relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Analyze complex situations, collect data, and synthesize analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Support LATAM expansion through out-licensing and commercialization efforts.
  • Prepare timely management reports, dashboards, and decks to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
  • 3-4 years of experience in pharma business, supporting BD teams with FDF products.
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and IQVIA database.
