Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Meiosis Publications, a leading EdTech startup. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
About the Role:
- Understand customer needs and provide assistance with their queries
- Provide exceptional customer service via calls and close sales
- Closing orders and meeting monthly sales targets
- Working on assigned leads in CRM
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages
- High energy and motivation
- Great convincing skills
- Minimum 6 months prior full-time experience in Calling/Chat Sales
- Prior experience in B2C Sales is a plus
- Prior experience in EdTech sales is a plus
