  • Lead a team of search and social media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to achieve departmental and client goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships. Provide strategic recommendations, campaign updates, and insights to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage programmatic, search & social campaigns end to end, including setup, optimizations & reporting.

This role may be ideal for individuals with:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. They will also possess strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
