Job Description

This role involves providing expert-level support for Jira, with a focus on custom development and plugin management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Jira workflows, as well as a strong understanding of scripting and data centre operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Jira expert with hands-on experience in workflow custom development
  • Proficiency in developing plugins such as Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets etc.
  • Data Centre experience, including knowledge and expertise in Jira wiki upgrades and Disaster Recovery
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
