UiPath Automation Specialist

The position of UiPath Automation Specialist is a crucial role in the company, responsible for managing end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines, integrating DevOps practices, and ensuring deployment, monitoring, and operational stability across Orchestrator and AWS.

This specialist will act as a technical partner to RPA developers and IT/ops teams. Key responsibilities include deploying and managing UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod; configuring and maintaining UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues); integrating UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other systems; building monitoring, alerting, and robust error-handling for automation workflows; using JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing; and managing scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).

In addition, this specialist will troubleshoot issues, manage access/credentials securely, and follow compliance controls. The specialist will also participate in rotational ops shifts during onboarding and primarily focus on development thereafter.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in RPA (minimum 2 years with UiPath), strong UiPath Studio & Orchestrator expertise, solid Python scripting skills, familiarity with .NET/VBA, hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, and UiPath certifications preferred (e.g., AARD, Solution Architect).

The expected deliverables include stable, secure Orchestrator & AWS environments, integrated automation solutions (ServiceNow/API integrations), monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and Confluence knowledge base.
