Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team while also assisting with human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation processes are completed.
- Employee Relations: Support HR in addressing employee queries and concerns. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policy manuals.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and comply with legal standards. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Executive Assistant: Manage executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team. Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming communications and emails, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive team. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR role, with some exposure to executive assistant functions.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
