Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage a range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct and manage employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of company HR policies.
- Foster positive employee relations and handle any employee queries or grievances professionally.
- Ensure company practices remain in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain and manage the company's HRMS (Human Resource Management System).

Skills Required

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
- Proven recruitment expertise.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
