As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our solar plants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure optimal plant performance and minimize downtime.
  • Resolving bill reading issues in a timely and efficient manner to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Providing exceptional service delivery to customers, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assisting with online monitoring and customer registration processes to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while conducting PMs and CMs, ensuring zero safety violations.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
