  • Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in ITSM delivery, establishing delivery frameworks, standardizing processes, ensuring service quality, and driving customer satisfaction.

The Service Delivery Manager will act as both a strategic coordinator and hands-on delivery lead, ensuring services are executed efficiently while aligning with business objectives.

  • This role involves designing, implementing, and managing the end-to-end service delivery framework.
  • Establishing and standardizing processes, SLAs, and best practices for smooth service operations.
  • Monitoring and driving service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Identifying risks, issues, and gaps in delivery, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Generating regular reports on delivery performance, efficiency, and improvement areas.
  • Mentoring junior team members in delivery practices and standards.

Key qualifications include strong understanding of ITSM principles and delivery frameworks, prior experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM tools, and excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
