**Regional Demand Operations Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Demand Operations Manager to bridge local vendors, service providers, and central IT, driving standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence in our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships between local business stakeholders/vendors and central IT teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Standardize local IT services under corporate control, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
  • Oversee procurement processes and coordinate with finance teams to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Maintain compliance with local/regional regulations and ensure regional IT setups align with global standards.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management or demand operations, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and IT services management, including vendor contract negotiation and management.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services and vendor contracts, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for procurement and finance workflows.
  • ITIL certification, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Experience working in multinational or regional IT operations, with a proven ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
