
Regional Director of IT Staffing and Contract Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT staffing and contract hiring initiatives in the region. As a Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing delivery teams.
Your primary focus will be on developer contract staffing (IT, Non-IT) business in the region, as well as revenue generation and new client acquisition. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
You will also be responsible for designing and executing business and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and expand our client base. Additionally, you will lead a team of IT hiring experts, provide guidance and mentorship, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing and recruitment services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading an IT staffing or contract staffing practice
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of revenue generation
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a long-term commitment to growth and development
- Strong academics records and a deep understanding of tech skills and sourcing platforms
