Job Title: IT Staffing Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to drive the growth of our organization through strategic sales and relationship-building initiatives. As an IT Staffing Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building awareness of our services, and delivering revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the USA IT Staffing industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and account management. You will work closely with our management team to define sales strategies, engage with targets, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Your mission will be to bring in new clients who regularly utilize contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services. You will research and present customized staffing solutions to new clients, develop and maintain client relationships, and manage regular and effective service reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment especially in technology, Banking and Financial services area in the USA region
  • Must have proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
