Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Development
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our talent development efforts. This is a critical role that will involve designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic objectives.
- Create engaging training content and manage its delivery to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions to ensure smooth execution and resource optimization.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
