Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our talent development efforts. This is a critical role that will involve designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  3. Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  4. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
