Shopperbeats, a leading eCommerce company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR operations across India.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing human resources and administrative functions. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our organization by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Source and hire candidates across India through various job portals.
    • Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Employee Management & Engagement:

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.
  • Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment platforms.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
