AI Psychometrics Specialist - Join a team to innovate talent assessment solutions

A leader in predictive talent assessment software is looking for an AI psychometrics specialist to join their R&D and consulting department.

  • As part of this hybrid role, you will combine expertise in AI-driven innovation with psychometric knowledge to design and improve our assessment tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other technologies that support data analysis and test development. You will also need to be familiar with AI-powered translation tools, able to collaborate effectively and maintain accurate translations.

Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining AI-driven personalised programs generating tailored feedback for assessments and collaborating with Data Science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  2. Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.
  3. Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  4. Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

Requirements:

Required qualifications for this position include an MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or related field along with first experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects. Essential skills include advanced use of generative AI tools, prompt engineering, knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation, excellent English communication, strong project management and organisational skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
