This role involves identifying areas for improvement in processes, cost, features, and user-friendliness in hardware functions, executing change management for master hardware design-related activities, conducting technical training to promote productivity and accuracy, and handling topics related to EPLAN integration with PLM.
In collaboration with the Master Software and Master Documentation team, this engineer will execute master projects while coordinating with Master, Operation, and NPD teams for change control processes and resolving technical queries with the Operations team. This role also involves attending identified training needs and delivering results, as well as resolving workplace problems around expertise.
