Job Title: Electrical Grid System Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Grid System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical grid systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a product owner for Grid Code Compliance, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Grid Code requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize compliance.
- Analyze test data to inform product development and ensure that all software meets the required standards for compliance.
- Define test plans and execute quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of our products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to specify new functions and features that enhance Grid Code compliance on wind farm and wind turbine levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and optimize our operations.
- Proven experience with Grid Code requirements, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex technical documents.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including test-driven development and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or similar, with the ability to apply this knowledge to automate testing and analysis tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
