Electrical Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Specialist to collaborate with our research team on creating high-quality challenges for training AI agents in electrical design workflows.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital circuit design, verification, and debugging, as well as a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) tools and methodologies.
- Design and develop realistic digital circuit challenges that reflect industry complexity and best practices
- Collaborate with researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements
- Build and optimize containerized environments for agent training tasks
- 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
- Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
- Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Curiosity about AI/ML applications in electrical design
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
