We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR Support Specialist to assist our daily HR operations. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records and administer benefits
  • Support HRIS maintenance and recruitment processes
  • Coordinate training sessions and implement HR policies and procedures

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in the travel industry, but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is necessary.
