Job Overview:

  • Demonstrate ability to recruit and motivate a high-performing IT team that values transparency and accountability.
  • Drive adoption of cutting-edge retail technologies to enhance customer experience, including e-commerce, mobile apps, and CRM systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the business.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and support omnichannel strategies.
  • Transform the organization into an Agile DevOps entity, working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement data governance and management strategies.
