We are seeking a strategic project leader to drive enterprise-grade projects forward. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish.

  • This includes planning, execution, delivery, and closure of projects.

You will build and maintain high-value client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction with our services.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and ROI
  • Anticipating and mitigating risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes
  • Improving delivery methodologies and client engagement models
  • Mentoring and guiding teams to drive efficiency and quality
  • Serving as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI)
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO
