Digital Transformation Initiative

To drive organizational growth, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead digital transformation initiatives.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with our business objectives and enhancing operational efficiencies.

  • Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap for global business services (GBS).
  • Lead projects leveraging emerging technologies to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and deploy technologies.
  • Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance performance.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital transformation and assess their impact on GBS operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for digital programs and ensure continuous improvement and measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.
  • Mentor and develop team members around digital skills and capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, digital disruptions, and competitor strategies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
