Strategic Digital Transformation Lead

Job Description:

Drive and govern the digital transformation strategy and roadmap for a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the digital transformation initiative.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in frameworks for next-gen AI-based systems and digital transformation.
  • Fair cross-domain knowledge and expertise in core functions like HR, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
  • In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as energy, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, or BFSI.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
