Job Overview:

We enable businesses to reimagine their digital future and improve their operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive claims analyses and verify policy/claims documents
  • Set up and process claims, submit and track them, and communicate with claim parties
  • Develop and maintain claims communication and records of activities
  • Manage day-to-day production and ensure service level agreements are met, leveraging analytical and reporting skills on Excel
  • Collaborate as a team player, contribute to process improvements, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree; strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance principles
  • 2-5 years of London Insurance Market Claims experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills:

Property & Casualty insurance, Lloyd's market experience
