Are you a transformation leader who can drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges? Do you have the skills to lead digital projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide analytical direction?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap that addresses business problems and opportunities in the Finance and Accounting domain.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in driving RPA programs, deploying RPA across platforms, and working with F&A sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, etc. They will also possess strong project management skills, influencing skills, and certification in Lean Six Sigma.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of digital projects, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process excellence
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts to ensure alignment with program and strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement standard global processes and champion their adoption
  • Deploy RPA, macros, visualizations, dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiencies


Key qualifications include:
  • Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain, including sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Project management skills and strong influencing skills
