Strategic Business Solutions Architect

We seek a seasoned Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Pre-Sales team, where they will leverage their technical expertise and business acumen to drive customer success.

About the Role:
  • Bridge strategy, sales, and technology to deliver impactful solutions for complex business problems using modern AI and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients, identifying key challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case development to articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Translate client needs into technically sound, commercially viable proposals that meet their unique requirements.
  • Influence technical evaluations and RFP responses with confidence and clarity, ensuring seamless integration of AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
  • Design solution blueprints that combine AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems, recommending best-fit technologies and platforms—Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid.
  • Support pilot deployments and co-develop initial rollouts with Delivery teams, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
  • Engage continuously with internal product and engineering teams to gather insights from the field, informing product development and innovation.
  • Provide trusted technical advisory services during post-sale handoff, guiding customers in maximizing their return on investment.
  • Guide customers in leveraging Digital Value Accelerator (DVA) frameworks to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Recommend scalable integrations, data flows, and AI model tuning strategies tailored to each customer's environment, driving long-term success.
Requirements:
  • 6–8 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, with a strong track record of delivering impact.
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies, with hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders, conveying complex ideas with simplicity and clarity.
  • Proven success designing or supporting enterprise-scale solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Passion for solving real-world problems using AI and data, with a commitment to delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with a focus on software development, data science, or related fields.
