About the role:

The Strategic Talent Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in building and delivering people strategies that drive business success. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

Experience:

At least 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role.

Educational Background:

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a premium Institute is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to measure success, learn from trends, and develop proactive actions to support business objectives.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to develop compensation and benefits, staffing, HR services, and business strategies.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction and development by training, mentoring, and leading HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Manage HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Own and drive HR policies and directives for smooth implementation across the organization.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
