Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Talent Management and Strategy initiatives. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving the company's growth and success by developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organizational objectives and values.

The successful candidate will oversee approximately 300 employees, fostering initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We prioritize employee experience and customer satisfaction, embracing continuous innovation to drive business results.

Talent Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive talent management strategies that support long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Partner with leaders to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Employee Development and Training:

  • Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.

Succession Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
