Key responsibilities include building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.

  • Talent Strategy: Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee engagement & relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
