Sales and Marketing Associate

The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential patients to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement field marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and Evaluate New Marketing Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase patient volume and market share.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Organize Community Events: Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote our services.
- Develop and Execute Outreach Programs: Develop and execute outreach programs to attract new patients, including digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and Analyze Patient Acquisition Metrics: Monitor and analyze patient acquisition metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Create and Distribute Marketing Materials: Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure Consistent Messaging and Branding: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Work with the Internal Marketing Team: Work closely with the internal marketing team, healthcare providers, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide Feedback and Insights: Provide feedback and insights to support the continuous improvement of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Track and Report on Marketing Activities: Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and Present Regular Reports: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Related Field: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Field Marketing: Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven Track Record of Developing and Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
