- Handling all follow-up communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
