Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to lead our training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams.

  • Develop curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Create diverse content formats: decks, playbooks, 2-minute videos, role-plays, quizzes (Hindi/English).
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows; monthly masterclasses.
  • Collaborate with NPD/R&D to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos; ensure compliant claims.
  • Establish learning management systems (LMS)/trackers; publish training calendars; report impact with dashboards.
  • Store audits and side-by-sides; address fundamental aspects (grooming, demo rituals, replenishment cues).
  • Hire and manage regional trainers; onboard channel trainers; coordinate with external academies/vendors.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 6–10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training; led pan-India TTT programs.
  • A strong understanding of makeup and skincare; ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Bilingualism in Hindi and English; confident facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset; advanced Excel skills; familiarity with LMS.
  • Flexibility, including weekends and launches; high travel comfort.
  • Plus: MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, basic VM.
