**Job Title:** Training and Development Leader About the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our training and development initiatives.   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury retail training.
 Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Training & Development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is essential.
 Your Skills and Qualities:As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
