Lead Visionary

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to spearhead our Knowledge Excellence Centre.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our current activities, expanding into new areas of study, research, and training, and taking projects to policy level wherever possible. They will also study international events and initiatives in socio-political-economic domains, reviewing their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing training, public awakening, and research programs to facilitate policymakers through a collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Guiding the execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operating with the management committee through a consultative approach.
  • Ensuring overall responsibility for new training approach strategies with new-age technologies relevant to socio-political, leadership, and governance subjects to fit our vision & mission.
  • Providing strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities & its expansion projects.
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR, administration, Financials, and other stakeholder relations through established teams led by the CEO.
Requirements
  • A professional qualification with a Ph.D., preferably.
  • Proven experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
