Job Title:

Senior Sales and Partnership Leader

For a dynamic sales leader to spearhead our merchant business, driving growth through strategic partnerships and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Enterprise Sales function for merchants, leveraging deep network connections with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Develop and execute market segmentation strategies, creating sales plans and revenue targets for merchant adoption and monetization across various segments.
  • Identify new market opportunities, staying attuned to the pulse of the market and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.
  • Drive direct sales and adoption of Flexmoney's Universal Affordability Platform among key enterprise accounts and segments.
  • Build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, setting aggressive sales targets, and exceeding them.
  • Set and meet aggressive revenue and sales targets, managing and growing monetization of key accounts and partnerships.
  • Establish and deepen strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive successful GTM adoption, achieving sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in the Enterprise Commerce space, dealing with large customers.
  • Experience in Merchant Acquiring and Partnerships is essential.
  • Capability to understand technology and whiteboard solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborative attitude and adept at working cohesively with internal teams.
  • Excellent customer focus, negotiation, and commercial skills are critical.
  • Strong relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, and presentation skills.
